Coverage

Currently, we deliver at all locations within India. Locations outside India are not serviced yet.

Shipping cost

We charge a standard shipping cost for all orders. Shipping costs for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be slightly higher compared to prepaid orders. From time to time, we also run promotions for free shipping on specific products, locations, or minimum order value. Please check out our home page for these offers.

Shipping time

• It usually takes us up to 2-3 working days to process the orders received from our customers. Depending on product availability, dispatch times might be extended.

• Dispatch times for customised products would be longer.

• Once the order is processed, our shipping partner uses standard shipping, the updates of which would be shared with our customers. The shipping partner may take up to 3-5 days, depending on the delivery address. Tentative delivery times after dispatch are given below. Please note that these are only tentative. Depending on the circumstances, the courier partner might take more days to deliver the product.

• In case the delivery partner fails to deliver the package, we will take refund requests.

• We will not entertain requests for refunds because of delayed delivery.
